  • Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Paradise Kennel, but it does not guarantee I'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

    APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: I will review applications within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit, I'll notify you. Once approuved, you will need to make a 200$ deposit within 24 hours of the approval e-mail. Your non-refundable deposit is good for 16 months from the date the next litter is born, after your deposit is received. you will be added to our waiting list.

    YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be picked in deposit order. If neither of your choices are available or you're not ready, It is forwarded to the upcoming litter as we do have regular litters. We will call you when it's time to choose, make sure we have all your phone numbers to reach you.

    GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age.

    SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter at or before 12 months. If you're a breeder you need to look elsewhere.

    NONE BREEDING AGREEMENT:
    Buyer agrees they are obligated to have said dog altered before it reaches 12 months of age. If this dog is not altered by 12 months of age, the breeder has the right to immediately repossess said dog and have it altered. Once altered if buyers would like said dog back, they must pay the alter fee and have no other part of this contract in violation. The Buyer will provide the Breeder with a copy of the alter certificate before dog reaches 1 year of age. If the copy has not been received by 1 year of age, then breeder has the right to repossess said dog to ensure it has been altered. If the dog is found not to be altered, breeder will alter said dog at buyers’ expense. When buyer has paid the cost of the alter, then dog will be returned to buyer at buyers expense, only if no other part of this contract is in violation. If dog is altered, then dog will be returned to buyer as soon as a copy of the certificate if presented to breeder.

    REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our excellent family companions do not come with registration papers to any registry. Are dogs are not sold as breeding/competion dogs but as a therapy/family dog.

    5 YEAR GUARANTEE:
    ​Provide puppy/dog with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming.

    Your puppy is guaranteed for 5 year from delivery date against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysphasia, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver. If puppy/dog dies within this 5 year, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, Paradise Kennel will replace the puppy. All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. I do not give refunds.

    Paradise Kennel will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy/dog means trips to veterinarian & understands that he/she is responsible for all payments.

    This guarantee does not cover what in the breed is considered normal or environmental factors:
    A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
    Paradise Kennel must be notified of the problem within 5 business days of the licensed vet’s determination and have a report from vet stating the problem. After being provided with this information, Paradise Kennel will provide a replacement of equivalent value.

    No replacement puppy/dog will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without Paradise Kennel permission.
    This contract is null and void, if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
